IT Apprentice, Viridian Housing

Viridian Housing are looking for a 1st Line Service Desk Apprentice to work on a full time fixed term contract for 12 months paying £15,000 pa on an apprenticeship program with QA Apprenticeships.

This is predominantly a desk based role troubleshooting faults in person, by telephone, or with the IT Service Desk Took. Additional tasks will include configuration of hardware, visiting sites, and carrying out software updates to mobile devices.

You will work on three different shift patterns on a rota basis - 8 - 4, 9 - 5, and 10 - 6

Applicants will need a strong desire to work within this industry, a commitment to excellent customer service, GCSEs in Maths and English (A-C) or equivalent, and a proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
