High Trees Community Development Trust delivers a range of services focussing on improving the social and economic welfare of the local community.
They are looking for a Finance Manager to oversee the financial systems ensuring effective financial management of their funded and contracted programmes and to embed effective financial control measures across the organisation.
This will involve initiating and implementing new financial management systems, processing, producing forecasts, creating invoices, processing payments, petty case, banking, and payroll.

Receptionist, South London housing development
A housing developer is looking for a receptionist to work in a high end development by the Garden Bridge in South London.
This is very much a meeting and greeting role therefore it requires someone with excellent customer service skills. You will also be assisting the project management team with administrative tasks such as printing, taking minutes, and filing. Experience in diary management would be an advantage but not essential as they are happy to train. The organisation are looking to develop their staff therefore there will be scope to move into other roles after a year or so.
