Salary: £12-£15 per hour depending on experience
The role is expected to last for 3-4 months and will be for 20 hours work per week starting in January 2015.
Main Duties include
·Various prime entry into Sage
·Processing grants
·Processing purchase invoices
·Prepare supplier payment runs
·Maintain spreadsheets outside Sage
·Assisting with payments
·Bank reconciliation
·Assisting with year-end
Key requisites for candidates:
·Previous experience in accounting department
·Working knowledge of Sage 50
·Competent use of MS Excel
·Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
·Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
·Professional, with a strong ethical and collaborative approach to business relationships
·Initiative and problem solving attitude
·The successful candidate must be immediately available and can interview at short notice.
