Boots Retail Jobs

Boots are looking for a number of staff in various locations across London.

They are looking for Customer Assistants to work in the following locations, some on a temporary seasonal basis and some permanent roles both part time and full time.

Assistant Manager positions are available at White City and Oxford Street

Administrator, Walthamstow, 3 mth contract

A company with Metropolitan Housing contracts are currently looking for an Administrator to work in Walthamstow.

This will be a three month contract working 9am - 5pm

You will be working as a general administrative assistant, responding to emails, answering and forwarding calls, and working on Excel spreadsheets.

Client Services role, Shoreditch (Young London Working)

Our partners Young London Working are currently recruiting a Client Services professional to work in Shoreditch.

The salary is £20,000 - £25,000 per annum and the role involves answering inbound calls to the client services support number, managing cases from customer reported issues, updating cases and creating new ones, and monitoring the support email inbox.

You will be taking ownership of your own cases and user problems and be responsible for maintaining a high degree of customer service, arranging external technical support where problems cannot be resolved in house.

Care Workers, Viridian

Viridian Housing are looking for Care Workers across London.

Applicants should have a genuine interest in the care of older people and be reliable, flexible and able to work within a team setting environment. Ideally you will have spent time supporting elderly people, either professionally or in your personal life, and therefore have a good understanding of their needs. You will need to be caring, compassionate and reliable and be a good listener and communicator even when people are finding it hard to get their point across. You will also need good reading and writing skills along with the physical ability to carry out care tasks.

Volunteer Centre Hackney recruiting

Volunteer Centre Hackney are recruiting a number of roles. These are advertised on www.charityjob.co.uk, click the job titles to go to the adverts.

Employment Adviser:
This is a part time role paying £24 - £26k pro rata funded by the Big Lottery for the next three years. You will be supporting people with mental health issues into volunteering with at least 30% of those going into employment.

Project Support Worker/ Administrator:
Paying £20 - £22k working on the main volunteering brokerage service and the new supported volunteering project Step Up.

Project Manager:
Paying £24 - £26k you will be managing the Big Lottery supported Step Up project which aims to help 180 people with mental health issues into volunteering and at least 30% of those into employment.
