Customer Service Adviser, North London leisure centre
A leisure centre in Finchley is looking for a Customer Service Adviser paying £17,600 (plus bonus after qualifying period) working 40 hours a week.
As Customer Service Adviser you'll enjoy making a difference to every person who walks through the doors with a warm welcome and possible membership sales. You will answer the phone and deal with queries and transactions.
You'll need good IT literacy, numerical and communication skills along with tact and sensitivity. Previous experience of administration, cash handling, and working with booking and direct debit systems will be essential.

Applicants will need a strong desire to work within this industry, a commitment to excellent customer service, GCSEs in Maths and English (A-C) or equivalent, and a proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Due to the funding requirements these roles are open to 16 - 24 year olds through Young London Working. However, Olmec can help you apply directly to Primark if you fall outside of this.
These stores are extremely busy therefore previous retail experience is desirable, especially within fashion. If you don't have retail experience similar customer service in a busy pressurised environment (for example hospitality or events) will be considered.
