Housing Complaint handlers required £13 per hour

A housing association based in Islington are looking for complaint handlers to work on a temporary basis.

New Sainsburys opening in Brent Civic centre - jobs available part time and full time

A new Sainsbury Local is opening in Brent Civic Centre creating a number of new jobs to start Jan 2014. Successful candidates may also be considered for other Sainsbury's Local stores in Kilburn, Willesden and West Hampstead.

Part time and full time hours available - 16hrs to 39 hrs contracts.

Store Lead:
Paying £7.97, you'll be involved in everything from helping customers on the shop floor to manageing stock and ensuring there are enough cashiers. This job will require a flexible approach to working early mornings and late evenings.

Customer Service Assistant:
Paying £7.27, you'll be working on the checkout making sure customer's shopping is processed, packed and paid for without delay, and also helping customers on the shop floor. Experience is not necessary for this job but you will need a friendly, helpful attitude.

Ten call centre staff required for London housing association, £11.60 per hour

A housing association based in Islington are looking for ten call centre staff to work on a twelve week contract. You will be dealing with repairs or complaints from residents.

Previous housing experience is not necessary but a great telephone manner along with a positive and friendly outlook is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving, checking accuracy of deliveries from suppliers and internal departments and check against Invoices & Delivery Notes
  • Unloading and putting away stocks
  • Rotating stock in a FIFO method and as per fixed locations and or space availability in operations floor
  • Stock counts & checks
  • Displaying/changing of current price tags and promotional prices on a current basis
  • Assisting colleagues in all other departments and carrying out any other duties assigned by the management team
  • Greeting, assisting and providing excellent customer service to customers/suppliers
  • Carry out till point duties providing excellent customer service
  • Picking and compiling orders, manual loading and unloading of cages, pallets, vehicles, containers, HGV and trailers
  • Assisting with all aspects of deliveries as Driver mate to customer locations
  • Stacking & Merchandising stock and arranging displays
  • Routine/regular housekeeping
  • Ensuring aisles are clean and free of obstructions
  • Complying with Health & Safety procedures at all times

Skills Experience
Preferably with one years’ experience in a similar role; excellent customer service; attention to details; excellent communications spoken and written.
