Reception /Admin Assistant, North Acton


Well established supplier and wholesaler to fashion retailers in both the UK and Europe is looking for  Receptionist / Admin Assistant. The role will be suitable for dynamic, enthusiastic and professional customer services based profile with a taste in fashion and is a Full time position

The Role
  • Meet and greet customers / visitors visiting the branch and advise the concerned staff whom they are meeting of their arrival.
  • Handling incoming calls at the reception desk and directing them to the respective person / department.
  • Providing refreshments for visitors and setting up meeting rooms.
  • Data entry with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Taking pictures of sample garments and uploading images & sample info to the system.
  • Assist & work along with other departments of the company.
  • PA & secretarial duties to the management and any other administrative duties as required on an ad-hoc basis.
The Candidate
  • Previous experience in customer service / a busy reception will be an advantage.
  • Ability to deal with multiple issues and prioritise your workload accordingly
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • You will be self-motivated and able to work well under pressure
  • Work well unsupervised using your own initiative
  • Excellent timekeeping, attendance, appearance and attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • An excellent attitude and approach to your work
  • CV’s from candidates with 1 – 3 years of experience in Retail / Whole sale customer services/ shop floor experience will be an ideal match.

This is an immediate role and is located at the company head office in NW10 6EZ, so candidates must be willing to join immediately / at a short notice
