A London based Housing Association is looking for Support Workers to fill the following roles:
Support Worker, Homelessness, Southwark £19,400
Support Worker, Young People, Southwark £19,000
Support Worker, Young People, Brent, £19,000
You will be working for a housing provider supporting individuals with a variety of needs across London and the South East.
Experience working with key customers and end service users and assisting them to achieve support plan goals will be very helpful as will ability to plan and organise own time and workload.
